ComplexCon Hong Kong 2025, the global fashion culture event, announced that NJZ (formerly known as NewJeans) will join as one of the leading performers at the Complex Live! concert, adding momentum to the three-day concert event and presenting an unprecedented music experience.

NJZ also announced the new team name that fans around the world have been eagerly waiting for. The Korean girl group NJZ is one of the most influential music groups in the world, consisting of five members: Minji, Hanni, Danielle, Haerin and Hyein. The group will make their debut performance at ComplexCon Hong Kong 2025 under a new name.

New Jeans has rapidly risen in the K-pop scene since their debut, becoming one of the most influential and innovative groups of their generation. From chart-topping songs, to boundary-pushing musical styles and sounds, the group has taken the world by storm. With their boundary-breaking musical style, their songs have taken the charts around the world by storm and continue to create a music craze. NewJeans’ debut album NWJNS has been streamed over 555 million times, making it the most streamed girl group album in Melon chart history, while their debut single has been streamed over 600 million times on Spotify. In 2024, they won the "Group of the Year" award at the Billboard Women's Music Awards, setting a precedent for South Korean singers. Additionally, they also won the "Best Artist of the Year" award at the 2023 MAMA Awards and the Melon Music Awards.

In addition to NJZ, today's hip-hop music leader Metro Boomin will also lead the landing at ComplexCon Hong Kong 2025. Metro Boomin has defined contemporary hip-hop with his groundbreaking production and unique beats. Many music superstars have worked with Metro Boomin, including Nicki Minaj, Drake, Future, 21 Savage, Gucci Mane, Young Thug, Wiz Khalifa, Migos and many more. Metro Boomin has produced iconic music that has swept the charts, including Post Malone's "Congratulations," Drake & Future's "Jumpman" and Kendrick Lamar's "Humble." Metro Boomin will be performing in Hong Kong for the first time at ComplexCon Hong Kong 2025.

Quavo, an American rapper, songwriter and music producer, and a member of the American hip-hop group Migos, will also perform on stage. Quavo has many Billboard Hot 100 number one singles, breaking the record held by the Beatles, and his musical achievements have far-reaching influence. Quavo has collaborated with top artists including Post Malone, Madonna, Justin Bieber and Travis Scott to build a successful solo music career, and has collaborated with a wide range of artists including Lana Del Rey, Peso Pluma, Lenny Kravitz, Teddy Swims and Luke Bryan to showcase his artistic talents. In July 2024, Quavo collaborated with Lana Del Rey to release the country rap single "Tough". This year, ComplexCon Hong Kong 2025’s music lineup features heavyweight singers from mainland China, Hong Kong, South Korea and Japan. Korean hip-hop and R&B independent singer and producer ZICO will headline the Complex Live! concert on one of the nights. Other performers include MC Jin, the first Asian-American rapper signed to a major U.S. record label, Korean artist B.I, Korean rapper Sik-K, producers Lil Moshpit and CHANGMO, Japanese DJ and model Shuzo, Japanese hip-hop musician ¥ellow Bucks, Hong Kong singer and actor JACE, and Digi Ghetto, a new generation rap group from Chengdu, whose member THOMEBOYDONTKILL will also perform solo. The specific performance dates for each singer will be announced later. ComplexCon Hong Kong 2025 will be held at AsiaWorld-Expo from March 21 to 23, 2025, inviting audiences from all over the world to gather together to witness this trendy cultural event. Contemporary creative artist Daniel Arsham serves as the global art director of ComplexCon 2025, injecting new creative elements into the Hong Kong and Las Vegas stops and redefining ComplexCon.

Release date and ticket sales platform:

On February 12, 2025 at 4 pm, some tickets for the March 23 concert, with NJZ as the headliner for the Complex Live! concert that night, will go on sale separately on Cityline, Trip.com, Maoyan, and Ctrip.
